Everyone was always very nice and helpful, they worked with me every step of the way and they were able to help me greatly. Russell is a very kind man and his whole staff is wonderful. I always felt heard and all I can say is that the button law firm was definitely the right choise to make.

I am a first time mom. My son is now 6 months old. I shared a beautiful 1 year and 6 months with the BLF team as their intake/damages specialist. I was also the main person in all communication with our clients. It was a hard decision but I decided to stay home with my son until he is older, so I am no longer with the firm. With that being said, it’s only fair to tell any future client what they are truly signing up for when they choose BLF as their counsel because I can honestly tell you what goes on behind closed doors. Please understand me when I say you will never I mean NEVER find another team more dedicated and more passionate than Russell, Ashley, Rosie, Cristina, and Jacqueline. The clients are everything to them. This isn’t work to them. It was so strange to me when I first started because my previous jobs at other law firms treated their job as a... job.. they counted the hours till it was 5. They clocked out. Headed home. It was nearly impossible to get them to take a call from a client. BLF is the complete opposite, you get updates every 30 days, they check in on you, we spend hours on investigating each case. They work after hours, they work weekends, they work holidays, because they genuinely whole heartedly value you as a client. I could go on for hours about how they have impacted and changed my life. Everyday they work on changing the law so this world is a little bit safer for all of us. Once you’re a client you’re forever considered family to them. I have had the pleasure of working with The Button Law Firm twice now and both of my experiences were amazing. I never used an injury lawyer prior to contacting Russell, he immediately made me feel comfortable about the situation and that he was going to do everything in his power to take care of me. I started out getting treated for my injuries and the staff was there to walk me through the process and track my progress along the way, they kept me updated on my case frequently and they constantly checked in to make sure I was doing well and getting the treatment that I needed. When it came time to deal with the legal aspects of the case Russell walked me through every step and made sure I was prepared and we even sat down and he asked me what my fears were about going through the process, then we talked through and eliminated those fears one by one until any anxiety I had about the case or my deposition was completely gone, I'd definitely say Russell treated me like a friend or family more than a client. We ended up getting the maximum settlement possible and that was great, but the best part about the whole process was dealing with the team at The Button Law Firm, which is why I recommend every one to them, and it's also why I didn't hesitate to call them again the second time I got injured.
