Hired Mr. Korn to pursue a seven figure debt owed to my retirement fund from a pharmaceutical company. In retaliation, the pharmaceutical company sued me for hundreds of millions of dollars. Mr. Korn, in summary judgment proceedings, got a seven figure judgment for my retirement fund and defeated all the pharmaceutical company's claims against me. Mr. Korn's thought process and strategy was brilliant. His knowledge of the law and his pleadings were exceptional. Mr. Korn's services were not cheap, they were however, reasonable for his time, expertise and outcome. Highly recommend Mr. Korn for litigation and debt collection. Don't know yet if we'll be dealing with defendant appeals. If we do, Mr. Korn is my man. His pleading and establishing a record are excellent.
