Brian was phenomenal, he made sure I understood everything that I was signing. And explained in detail at the end of my case. His costumer service skills are also PHENOMENAL! You can tell he genuinely and sincerely cares about you as a person, not just a client. I will recommend him along with the firm to anyone in need of a good law firm.

There is so much I could say about my experience with this law firm. The professionalism of everyone I interacted with was outstanding, but the hero of my case was undoubtedly the lawyer, Shawn S. The time, patience, and care he put into my case truly reflected the passion he has for his job. My experience with Thomson Law Firm has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After being T-boned in a car accident in February, I hired them to handle my case. This was my first car accident and I was very nervous and they did not help at all. Despite starting therapy promptly after them taking long getting things situated, it took them five months to inform us that the other party's insurance denied the claim due to lapsed coverage on the date of the accident. Throughout this process, our paralegal, provided abysmal communication and updates were virtually nonexistent. Her attitude towards us was condescending, treating us as if we were ignorant. I strongly advise against using this firm based on my experience.
