This law firm is very professional and the staff was nice throughout my settlement process. The only issue I had was the delays I experienced with my case for almost half a year but they resolved everything so far. I recommend them to anyone with a car accident claim but just be ready to deal with the process and I recommend to communicate with them constantly to speed things up...

My case had lots of paperwork and several doctor visits all very overwhelming to keep up with. B&B was on it every step of the way. They work as fast as they can and push the insurance company on a daily basis. The insurance company are the ones that drag there feet hoping you will go away. Without this firm any insurance company will put you off every day.

My case took about 9 months to reach a settlement. Ayesha Naveed was very helpful with handling my case, aside from my complaints I have overall. I would say my issue with this firm was that they confused me and another client that had the same first name as me. The other client was seeking another lawyer a due to that my lawyer released me from my case thinking it was me without even confirming it was me, I was not seeking any other legal team.I was asked multiple times and confirmed multiple times that I was not seeking any other legal team. I could not seek another lawyer after they dropped me as a client due to the contract if I did that they would still receive compensation for any settlement I had reached with another lawyer even though they were not representing me. I had to resign paperwork to get them to finish my case and represent me again. It was a hassle and a bit unprofessional that they didn’t check the full name of the person before stopping representation.

The have been a great support after all the emotional stress I have suffered after being crashed. Case managers and medical team are always attentive on my needs and have provided me with all the expertise and counseling a person needs through out a complex process like this.
