I was extremely lucky and had Hannah Phillips helping me after my accident... She was absolutely amazing.
My case was horrible injuries from an auto accident - which I had never experienced anything like it.
Hannah was very patient and detailed in explaining everything to me. She made sure to keep me updated - to be sure I understood what was happen and would take the time to answer my questions about my case. She made me feel like a person and not just a case number.
