I was in an accident November 5th in their website for add they had on Facebook told me that they would have my money in 30 days and it would be at least a three-digit number check we're going on this many months and they're still spinning me I just think it was misleading for them to get my hopes up that I would have my money that fast and be done with it and that's not the case and I'm not even sure that they cared that much

Absolute best and the most helpful attorney in this great state of Texas! Highly recommend them. Was in a car accident on Christmas Eve and reached out to several law firms. I did not expect anyone to reach out to me on Christmas Day but Jimmy came to the rescue! Thanks Jimmy Doan!

Worst experience ever . First off they were supposed to call us at 11 am Saturday and they never did . We had to call them . After telling my mom they will help her with her disability case , having her on the phone for over an hour gathering information, assuring her they will help her they just randomly called her the day after to tell her never mind we won’t be helping you and gave no explanation as to why they couldn’t help her . They just told us to wait for a “letter “ they were gonna send so we can get another attorney. Do not do business with them .

John is a phenomenal lawyer! He went to bat for me and got me everything I wanted and more. He truly cares about his clients and does everything in his power to ensure you receive a fair outcome. I am currently trying to get a release letter to get a new attorney and I was told last Friday that I would get a emailed release letter to me, and then that same Friday I was told Monday no later than 5pm and it’s almost 5pm and I STILL HAVENT gotten my release letter. They’re trying to prevent me from getting a new attorney slowing things down. Very unprofessional, a Case manager Maria was EXTREMELY RUDE when I mentioned that I wanted to terminate this attorney, they’re being petty not sending my release letter when I asked for it last week. Now I’m being told today that they do them “in the order received”. I just want my release letter so my new attorney can proceed with my case and they’re not doing what they said they would do. I wouldn’t recommend anybody coming here and they don’t contact you, you have to contact them even then it’s hard to get ahold of anybody. I would not recommend using Alexander shunnarah I had to do there job and get all of my and my family's medical records and bills for our case because it's been almost a year and we go months without hearing from them and when I call I have to wait days if not weeks for my phone call to be returned

I cant speak for the whole intern but my case lawyer Joe Garcia is the absolute worst. I really want to be out of this situation with these people.

Most horrible experience ever I’m still waiting on the actual lawyer to talk to just been talking to nun but account managers they never answer they never keep you updated I wish there was a way to sue them for waiting ppl time
