“I hired Barrett in August 2017 after terrible mediator Gary Berman filed assault-by-contact charges against me (Berman is a mean bully and yelled at and insult me to get me to settle a case I filed, and I refused, and on the way out I told him what I thought of him and gave him a very light tap by his shoulder as if to say "Attaboy, way to ruin the mediation."). Barrett advised me to plead "No contest," which was correct, and the judge reduced the fine and it went away. In June 2018 I hired him again to get the record expunged.”
