Thompson Law handled my accident case. I was pleased with their personnel land professionalism. My only criticism is opacity of communication. I wish they had a client portal to track and submit documents and receive updates.

I don't even know where to start. My fiancé and I went though hell with our previous attorney. When I spoke to Mr. Haynes it was like a light shifted. My fiancé was facing 2-10 in prison after two probation violations and Mr. Haynes got him 3 months. He saved our life together and we couldn't be more grateful for him and his Team!
They are responsive, they call you right back, email you, text. The communication in that office is superb. I would't recommend anyone else.

Hopefully this review will be seen by somebody who is considering working with this firm and reconsider. Giselly is horrible at communicating. I would not recommend this law firm. Absolutely poor communication and customer service skills . I've literally had to call continuously for updates about the state of MY case . . Mr. Johnathan bailey also has neglected a good lawyer-client relationship. I would not recommend. They begged me to get on Google and give them a 5 star which I would not do .
