If I could give a no start it would be that. This law firm company came HIGHLY recommended by my family and they knew I had never been in this situation. They said they were so amazing with them and wanted us to have a great experience. I will say, since we started this process with this firm, we have been ignored. We signed a fee agreement and other things long long ago. I asked for out case to be closed 2 entire months ago, and they "dropped the ball"-- means they forgot. You would think to make a massively high profit, pretty much more than us just to request records and make a demand-- no matter what we go through personally and need the funds more- they did not care or even try. So sad. I put more work in to my own case and still got nothing. So unless you have time to email constantly (they do not return phone calls) choose someone else.

Best attorney ever!!!! I am a college student in a nursing program that experienced unprofessional treatment from a professor. Not only was I treated horribly, but due to the fact that I spoke up and reported the professor’s inappropriate behavior I was unfairly treated and punished. Dave went above and beyond to give me justice and in the end, came through with the win. I will forever be grateful that I found him in my moment of feeling so defeated. David Cole is so knowledgable about adoption and assisted reproductive technology and the law. Everything in Texas is particularly complicated when it comes to these topics, and when I saw him speak on a panel he was easy to understand and really well-versed in issues protecting adoptive parents. Would hire him in a second!!!

We sought Dave to help us work out an IEP that had proven very difficult and had medically necessary requirements. He was up front, honest, determined and compassionate. He cared, truly cared about our child's well being, which is something I didn't prepare myself for. He's wicked smart but as a bonus he's also hilarious! He kept us at ease and walked us through the process. When it came time for the ARD, he was the utmost professional and helped to steer the conversation towards what was best for our situation in a firm but respectful way against opposition. We would never have been as successful as we were if it hadn't of been for Dave. Having to involve lawyers isn't something anyone wants to be in a position to have to do; but if that's your situation there's no one I'd recommend more than Dave. We absolutely love him and wish we had known him years ago for family law!

This lawyer took the time to do exactly what he promised me that he would do on my behalf. For example, he was able to get my rights waive to appear to court since I was from another state.
