Deandra was actually second chair in my recent DUI case in Dallas and was offering her support to my lead Attorney. To be candid, at first, I did not know what to expect since she was quiet for the first part of the trial. However, when her turn came and the focus shifted to the blood work, I was amazed. She was extremely knowledgeable of the subject matter often time more so than the Chemist who was on the stand. Through very deliberate and intelligent questioning and scene setting, she was able to paint a picture that made the entire courtroom, specifically the jury question may things.
As mentioned, while she was not the lead in this particular case, I would highly recommend her in any situation to fight for your case. She is smart, tough, concise and thorough......

I had a great experience with Ms. Grant. I'd recommend her services to friends and family and would hire her again if needed.

I hired Deandra to handle a DWI case in Collin County. Considering her extensive knowledge of the subject, she seemed the perfect fit to handle my case. She and Cheryl answered any and all of the questions I had through the process, for which I am very grateful. I urge anyone facing a DUI/DWI case give Deandra Grant a chance to represent you.

During a business trip to Dallas I made the stupid mistake of driving back to my hotel after a few too many, got lost and ended up getting pulled over. I made my obligatory free phone call to my wife and she contacted Deandra's office who from the get go gave us sound advice.
Whilst the DUI experience itself was a strain on me personally, the support and guidance Deandra and Cheryl gave me helped us through it. I am now glad to say it's almost behind us, I have less than 12 months left on my probation and the team is still there for me.

Deandra helped me get the results I needed on a DWI 2nd case. Her knowledge, drive, and insight were key in getting me the verdict necessary in a trial by jury, "Not Guilty". She is straight-forward, honest, and results driven. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Deandra did an excellent job of trying my case. It was very comforting to have such an experienced and professional attorney beside me in court.

Your keen insight and depth of knowledge was incredibly helpful on my case. Thank you for all the time you invested with me explaining each step in the process. While no one ever wants to be in the situation I was in, I can only hope they have the good sense to hire you.

I had this attorney a few years ago, and the results of me hiring her still haunt me to this day. I paid her nearly $4000.00 to defend me. I had never had a criminal record in my life. First off I never got a chance to meet her until 5 minutes before speaking with the judge. She advised me to plea guilty so she could turn the charge into a class C misdemeanor. And this was the first and last visit to that judge. I've never been in trouble before so I took the advice. The second case I had proved more disastrous. She advised me to accept a plea bargain on assault on a public servant. Which it was a small finger scratch the officer received while her and two male officers pulled me out the back of a police car in handcuffs while I was six months pregnant in labor. The judge sent me a letter in the mail to speak with him about the matter, so I showed the letter to the law firm and they advised me not to speak to him. Doing so cost me nearly $ 15,000 later on with misc charges. If I had spoke to the judge it would have been dismissed I later learned from other lawyers. At the time I was working at a hospital in Plano and raising seven children alone without assistance from my husband. She advised against going to trial. So she said taking the plea would be better. This decision has cost me my employment and caused my children and I to be homeless and living in my Suv for months. At this present time I have a felony on my previous clean record and I have been turned down for evey health job I have applied for. I advised anyone reading this to do research when retaining the services of a attorney. And always be advised of your rights. Later on I got a the advice of several attorneys to look at my case they all stated it should have been handled alot better than it was. A few of them knew Ms Grant personally and they told me I made a big mistake in retaining her services. To late now.....
