These were the worst Attorneys ever they switch my attorney without my knowing ....These people took on my case in July of 2021 ..They never reached out to me during the process I had to always reach out to them ..And they would tell me the same stories about my case for over an year ..I had became so fed up with them until I told my sister about in 2 weeks ago she called them and ask them why they haven’t kept me updated about my claim ..That same day they decided after a year that I no longer had a case..If i never had a case why would you waste your time taking me on as a client so THAT WAS A LIE ..This is my first rime handling anything like this and they have made this the worst experience of my life ..I only spoken to my attorney once in a whole year and his legal team clueless they could never tell me anything about my case a whole year a wasted dealing with this ..I pray no one have go through what I’ve went through with these people because they will work against you when they’re supposed to work for you ..

Very disappointed and let down by this firm!! A couple yrs back i submitted zantac case with them for kidney cancer and removal in 2015 and then a year later had esophageal cancer. And I truly believe zantac was the cause of my cancers because I was prescribed the medication back when it was prescription only i pretty much took them like candy They told me I had i pretty good case. But hen was recently told there was nothing they could do. So waiting for over 2 yrs for them to just basically tell me that is very disappointing!!

On 5/1/20, Teakell filed a case against me on behalf of a client about website DallasHelo I created 1/21/20 about a helicopter. I took down the website as a result of his filing, so his client got what he wanted, hence the two stars, but the person stopped flying in March 2020 due to Covid and I had planned to take it down anyway. The case was dismissed 8/18/21 for lack of activity. Teakell astonished me that: 1. He wrote no arguments that the conditions for what he claimed were met. I filed a 36-page response, with 75 pages of exhibits, that showed none of the conditions were met, i.e. I had done nothing wrong. He never filed a reply. 2. He wrote fifty-five (55) statements which were "inaccurate," i.e. blatant lies or misleading. I filed an 11-page Request for Production of evidence of the statements and he and his client never produced one spec of evidence to support his statements. . 3. He wrote in the most sloppy, sensational, and unprofessional manner I have ever seen by an attorney, and I have worked with or against about 30 attorneys in the DFW area, and drafted my own filings in district courts, appeals courts, and twice to the Texas Supreme Court. Teakell contacted me after my first posting here and threatened to publish those falsehoods, which were filed under seal, here on Google if I did not delete my review. Perhaps that is why there are not more bad reviews here, that he threatens to defame such reviewers. I now question whether any of his reviews are real.

I highly recommend Mr. Teakell for any and all legal assistance. He is very kind, patient, and knowledgeable in federal criminal laws. When I first reached out to him, he gave me a free consult early in the night. Fast forward 5 months and I hired him to represent me in court. He helped me to the best of his ability and even the prosecutor gave him credit for his outstanding work on my case. Last but not least, he is a humble man with so much knowledge in his field.
