Mr. Sommermans experience and legal knowledge is second to none. He and his staff navigated a horrible situation where litigation was the only option for my family. They represented our best interest against a Fortune 100 company. That company refused to honor their contractual commitment to protecting my family investment. Sommerman, McCaffity, Quesada & Geisler obtained a very favorable settlement for us after standing firm for 17 months of legal posturing by the defendants just prior to being publicly exposed in a trial.

I was referred to this company from a trusted lawyer I used a while back. I was hesitant at first but after speaking with the team of lawyers here I was put at ease with my car accident case. Any case will take time to get resolved but what truly impressed me was their amazing customer service and genuine interest they showed me. They have always been kind and helpful. I just had to put my bestfriend down after 14 years. The staff and Dr. Was so kind and thoughtful. They made my hard decision easier and I lefted feeling like I had family with me through the process.

I sent a request and it was responded to very quickly without asking any pertinent questions. I was told the statute of limitations had expired but they didn't ask me the date of the incident. Then when I asked about the discovery rule, I was told that it didn't apply in Texas when in certain situations it could apply. I was never asked any questions to insure this wasn't the case. If they weren't interested in my case, then I would have rather they said we don't handle cases like yours versus flippant answers and half truths. Google is an amazing thing and sometimes can give you better answers. I actually went to another lawyer who did ask me pertinent questions and tried very hard to handle my situation.

What a great place

To say that the legal team at Sommerman, McCaffity & Quesada is stellar would be an understatement. Working with Andrew Sommerman, Alex Risinger, and Jessica Keisel, each was fantastic in their own right. Andrew was a hell of a bulldog and made me feel confident that we would come out on top every step of the way. Alex was readily available whenever I had questions or concerns, and I had many, explaining things to me in a way that was easily understood. Jessica helped ensure that everything was in order and was a beast when it came to negotiation. In the end, they all helped me come out on top better than I hoped for coming in.

I am so impressed with this firm and especially with Tex Quesada. He has handled cases for several of my family members and is the ultimate professional. He knows how to work with people of all ages and did a great job with my elderly mother and a teenage family member. Everything Tex said he was going to do, he did. He went above and beyond to keep us updated and was reassuring without making promises. While legal matters are never easy, if you need an attorney that tells you like it is yet will hold your hand through the hard times, this is your person.

I am so disappointed in this firm. This attorney came highly recommended, but my daughter has received no help. In my daughter's case she had to have a criminal attorney also. The criminal attorney was great, but we have had nothing but frustration with Quesada. When we met with him he was wonderful and we felt he would really try and take good care of us. We never heard from him again. My daughter has called them several times and been bounced around to his office staff. They first told her they sent paperwork, but something happened so they had to resend. They never answer her calls and so she is now emailing them. The last contact they told her that they were filing a suit on the insurance because now they are not responding. This has been going on since June 2016 and we cannot get help or an answer. I would not recommend this attorney. If you have a high dollar case you will probably get first class treatment, but if you are not, don't expect to be treated with importance. I am furious.
