A great professional lawyer !

Hi, I'm Michael, this is my experience with John Cook , I was wrongfully arrested in galveston and charged with a DUI. I won't go into details but I hired Mr. Cook to represent me and without hesitation he accepted, even though Galveston County is 4 hrs away from his office, from day 1 Mr Cook tackled my case fiercely and professional I never had to worry about my freedom or my rights ,I went on with my normal life for 9 months until it was time to go to court which was only 2 times , he secured a complete dismissal for me and my happiness had been justified by not having to pay Galveston county one cent ! I would strongly refer him to any of my friends and family....thank you John

Did absolutely nothing to help his client and did not communicate but one time before sentencing

Dont recommend this attorney at all PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON HIRING HIM. We pay him alot of money and every time i ask the status of my husbands case the secretary always said everything was the same. All the courts we had the attorney never showed up always send someone else. Didnt try nothing at all to fight my husbands case. The last court we had i was told my the secretary that nothing was going to happen that it was going to be reschedule and send someone else. To our surprise the judge didnt reschedule nothing and 3 days later my husband didn't had another choice that to agree on the plea agreement and go to jail. All the money that we paid John for him not to bother in fighting his case didnt move a damn finger to our case.

Got me in and out of court on a felony charge in 1 day. And with a deferred sentence!
