Phillip was hired for my cousin. She had a federal fraud case. She was promised by Phillip that the government would give her half off her sentence for testifying against other people. She did testify. She did not get the deal Phillip promised her. My cousin got 8 years in prison. All because of a few documents. He did not tell her she was being sentenced until right before. No notice. He said he would change the date but he didn't!

I have known Phillip Linder for many years and I know him to be honest and extremely knowledgeable. If you want a great attorney then hire Phillip. I have practiced for forty two years and have known many attorneys, but I can say he is top of my list. Also, he is the hardest working attorney I have ever known.
