Dave was awesome. He gave me and my father a free consultation regarding a frustrating situation. He also spoke with me several times on the phone with out him officially being on retainer. Mr. Jeffrey handled my manslaughter case a couple of years ago and was able to get it reduced and I was placed on probation. I later picked up a couple of misdemeanors including a ucw and they tried to revoke my probation. Mr. Jeffrey was able to keep me on probation and took care of the misdemeanors for me. This guy and his staff is very unprofessional and only concerned about getting payments. From day one everything he promised he would do to help my son case he did not do, in fact he was trying to get my son time without even considering what my son wanted. The court lawyer, whom my son fired offered the same offer. EVERY TIME I called him out on a lie he would try to bully me telling me I'm trying to send my son to jail when clearly I just seen all the lies and wouldn't go for it. I was in school when i hired him and it was hard to go to the office and handle business. I paid my son bill on time and when i called the office to request for him to go see my son they asked for another payment and i had already paid for weeks in advance. He lied and said the feds wanted to pick up his just so he could receive payments, because his staff didn't update the payment records.When i questioned him and asked what kind of business was he running he replied very rudely stating that doesn't deal with the front (but its his office). He was Very unprofessional, a bully, and lied about everything only for the money. PLEASE do not trust this lawyer, I wish I would have read his reviews first before trusting him with the fate of my son.
