Spoke with Frances out of Dallas and she was absolutely amazing! Very helpful and did not hesitate to Answer any questions I had. If I need to call back at any time I just hope I get to speak with her again. She made this process so painless and it was almost like talking to a friend. Frances deserves more than 5 stars.
