Tuve un accidente hace ya hace mas de dos meses y ha sido un calvario total la comunicación con este buffet.. No dan razones de nada, pero te exigen que vayas a terapias, medicos, estudios para poder tener ellos base de poder alegar en el caso.. Deje de asistir a TODO y me han pedido hacer acuerdos de pagos con los gastos ocasionados.. He pedido constantemente copia completa de mi expediente y me han ignorado totalmente. Hace dias me contactaron para decirme que solo faltaba la revision de un supervisor para que me lo enviaran y todo ha sido una burla total. Solo enviaron una carta ridicula comentando una disculpa por la mala comunicacion y que mejoraran en ese punto.. Ahora exigo copia completa de mi expediente y carta de retiro con este buffet y continuo en las mismas.. Me siento burlada, abusada y ofendida.. Realmente aunque el proceso se tarde, no quiero continuar con ellos.. Alguien que por favor me ayude y me diga que puedo hacer porque ya mi situacion se ha vuelto insostenible de cierto modo tanto económica como psicológica..

If you have been in a car accident, this is the firm to use. They sent me to the very best doctors and got me out of severe back pain. Today I have zero back pain and could not be more pleased with the results. The insurance company would not work with me, but my attorney Mr. Spencer Brown fought them like a prize fighter. He got all of my medical bills paid, which ended up being over $100k. He did such a great job, I even got a check which I was amazed how much it was. The whole office team was so kind and professional. If you want help and great results, call this Great Team!

This law firm started off doing a great job by taking care of my health concerns/injuries I sustained from a car accident. The law firm also worked very diligently with compensation from my injuries. However, the final process of resolving my case this is when the service started to fall off by not not returning my phone calls, whereas; I had to communicate with this law firm via google email and going to the office to get answers that could had happened through a simple phone call back. The young lady who helped me during the final steps with completing the case was very pleasant and very understanding to my concerns. I wanted to give this law firm five stars but unfortunately I have to give them three stars.

I typically don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, I found the service to be quite lacking. Communication was poor; my calls with questions went unanswered, leading to significant frustration. It felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously, and there was pressure to accept conditions I was uncomfortable with. Additionally, I found the staff to be less than patient and accommodating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service, as there are likely many other firms that prioritize client care and support.

I would give them zero stars if I could. They never answer the phone send you from one line to another. It was a horrible experience, this was my second accident and I would never recommend them to roaches. Please don't go here I beg you.

They are completely horrible. Do not go with this law firm they are impossible to reach. They do not keep in contact with you. I have not heard anything about my settlement or case in months and I have called and reached out many times. It is to the point where I am going to see a legal malpractice attorney.

**Long but Important for future potential clients** I am writing to share my recent experiences with Reyes Browne which I believe are important for potential clients to consider before making a decision to engage their services. Since November 2022, I have been working with Reyes Browne on a particular matter. Despite my initial reservations, I proceeded with their services based on a recommendation from my mother, who had anticipated a high level of attentiveness and personalized service. Unfortunately, my experience has not aligned with those expectations. Communication has been a significant challenge throughout this process. I have consistently found it difficult to receive timely updates or responses, despite numerous attempts to reach out via text messages and phone calls. For instance, I requested updates at both the 30-day and 45-day marks, yet did not receive any feedback or acknowledgment. This lack of communication has been a source of considerable frustration. Additionally, it is worth noting that Reyes Browne sends out requests for client reviews early in the service process. I would advise potential clients to withhold their reviews until the completion of their case to ensure a comprehensive assessment of the firm's capabilities. As of August 12, 2024, the firm has indicated they are in the final stages of handling my case. However, the absence of effective communication has necessitated my consideration of visiting their office in person to obtain the necessary updates. Note, my telephone number changed on September 27th, 2024 and I called and text to provide update. However, I am quite aware that businesses like this, will try to gaslight you into believing they attempted to reach out. If you’re like me, I am quite diligent and also glued to my phone. I have received ZERO communication. Lastly, my experience with Reyes Brown has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend their services based on my interactions. I urge potential clients to conduct thorough research before making a commitment. It appears that once a client is on board, there may be a risk of deprioritization unless the case is of significant financial value to them. I will not go into specifics until after the case closes, but will provide an update, at the conclusion. Please exercise caution and due diligence when choosing an accident law firm to work with because dealing with pain, physical therapy, mental health, coupled with an agency that shows zero sense of urgency and lack of communication, wears one down. I am worn down and would not want this experience for anyone else.

I have to change my review from 5 to 2 Due to le lack of professionalism of the people working in this firm I don’t recommend them at all.. On Jan 2022 I was involved in in car accident, since was my very first time having one I had no clue what to do, I decided to contact this firm of attorneys to help me and guide me during this process. My sons were also injured, but their case was easy to settle, however mine took them too long, the attorney handling my case decided to take it to litigation, my case was in litigation for 2 years, this year we ended up scheduling a trial. 5 days before trial the attorney called me with a lot of excuses that didn’t make sense, saying that we wouldn’t win the case and we have to take the first offer, obviously I wasn’t happy to hear that because they made me wait that long for nothing. I was so upset and disappointed for the way they handled my case since the beginning, I was so patience during these years, hoping that I will get the compensation I deserve. And I ended up getting not a good settlement. And until now I haven’t receive my check from them. I wouldn’t recommend to hire this firm of attorneys to handle your injury cases. They promise to much at the beginning just to get your case but at the end they ended up not doing much for you.

This Law Firm is in violation of Rule 1.03 under the TEXAS DISCIPLINARY RULES OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT which states (a) A lawyer shall keep a client reasonably informed about the status of a matter and promptly comply with reasonable requests for information. (If you see this and also have complaint I suggest you file a grievance as well) I have had issues getting information and updates on my cases since the very beginning (2022). Here recently I have been down right ignored. My case from September of 2022 has been with a settlement specialist since April 1 2024. This law firm has received payment from both my insurance and the at faults insurance prior to that date. I have not had any update on the settlement since April 30 2024. I have called several times and been placed on hold for 10 - 15 minutes and then sent to VM. Sent to VM where the message is in Spanish, hung up on and talked to rudely by the receptionists. I will be submitting all this information in a formal grievance to the State Board of Texas. Based on all the complaints I have read in the google reviews it seems this law firm needs to be investigated for fraud.

I wish I could give them 0 stars! There is no need for yall to respond to my review with the same response yall do everyone else either . This has been the worse company I’ve ever worked with . They are in business as attorneys but don’t know how to communicate. Scroll through the reviews and you will see similar stories . Red flag they only communicate through text messages , and will go months without any update and when you do BEG for an update it seems like they just say the same thing by saying they are “waiting “ on responses from doctors. I got hit and was not at fault , they are walking away with thousands and had the audacity to initially offer me to walk away with $0! Yes $0! They are not in the business to help others , they are greedy and don’t have a heart . If I were the attorney and see that my clients hospital bills obviously were too high I would at least give the client at LEAST 20-30% of my cut as the attorney knowing they trusted me to walk away with something . They don’t communicate, they are not considerate , and I just regret this entire decision of partnering with them . I still struggle with pain and suffering to this day and my accident was almost a year ago and you tell me to sign my final documents of $0??? GOODBYE . Anyone looking for an attorney look the other way!!!!!!!!!
