I haven’t heard from anyone in over a month. They don’t answer emails or voicemails. I answered the ad again and someone quickly called to sign me up as a client. Once they found out I was already a client, they sounded so disappointed. Told me they’d get someone to call me back. NOPE. And that was over two weeks ago. I was in a car wreck over 2 months ago and I’m still without a vehicle so I can’t make it to my physical therapy or doctors’ appointments. I’ve considered hiring a new attorney but I figured Reyes would still get a check from my pain and that would be pointless. But how can you sue an insurance company and your lawyer at the same time? I think a jury of my peers and a judge could help me out more at this point.

These guys are great! These sort of processes can be long and tedious, but Reyes Law got me to help that I needed and did great work with my case. I highly recommend them!

Worst communication ever! They will tell you the first time you talk to them to please leave them a 5star review and after that they stop caring. I was giving the wrong case # and was a completely diff accident nothing to do with me. It took me calling over and over again to finally get the right information. Now that they have been paid I been trying to get and update or something and they won’t respond to my msgs. I see it’s a complaint done by many people so this is the norm for them. It’s horrible service and they don’t care.

Very helpful and kind. Pablo checks in on me frequently and takes care of all of my needs. I feel very pleased with how far they are willing to go to make sure I'm taken care of. I am updated on my case periodically. They are very detailed on all they do. And Pablo is very caring and personable. They have been so professional so far. I would definitely recommend them to any friends or family.

Mi caso aún está en proceso pero hasta ahora he recibido una atención super profesional de parte de Tania Rodriguez siempre pendiente de mi estado de salud cada 15 días se comunica conmigo como puede porque soy un poco difícil de contactar lo cual se lo agradezco encarecidamente y como nunca había estado involucrada en un accidente no sabia ni por donde empezar ni que hacer y me procupaba, me estresaba mucho el como resolver y atender mis lesiones y ella me ha asesorado y turnado de la mano de mi quiropráctico a la mejor atención médica sin la cual realmente no hubiese podido seguir realizando mi trabajos y todas mis actividades con regularidad porque el dolor era mucho y el tema de mi salud es prioridad para mí. Cabe aclarar que a mi de ninguna manera se me obligó, coacciono, presionó ó pago para dar algúna referencia positiva habló por experiencia propia. GRACIAS 🙏!!!.
