Absolutely the best law firm I've had the chance to work with, They should have been the first number I dialed after my car wreck, thank you guys for everything. Everyone there was very professional, Now it took a little while to settle my case but lt was right on time.. Thanks again!!!

I’m very unhappy with the service of Angel Reyes law firm. My mother waited on her settlement since 2020, for 3 years, when it was told it may take a year. Then my mother called several times a week for months and went in person for answers and still nothing received, until my mother informed them of possibly hiring another firm cause her husband who also was in the auto accident, but passed away in 2023. We were told that a probate attorney would contact my mother about her deceased husbands settlement, which she’s entitled to receive, but still nothing had been done on her husbands case. This is now 4 years and still no phone call, even though my mother contact them weekly. I wouldn’t hire them ever again. I feel bad referring my mom to Reyes firm, due to my accident case I had over 10yrs ago, but business has definitely changed since then. She will have to search for another firm to help her with this issue!!!!

I’m not sure how many times I had to leave voicemails and didn’t have them returned. And even after all of that I don’t understand the “expenses” taken out of my settlement beyond the contracted percentage.

Absolutory unprofessional!! Does not return calls or emails, does not communicate information! Truly does not care about their clients! Will leave you hanging with no answers and information. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with Angel Reyes Law Firm!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Reyes Law Firm. After being a victim of a traumatic drunk driving accident in February, with my toddler in the back seat, I turned to this firm expecting reliable and urgent assistance. Unfortunately, the experience has been far from satisfactory. Communication has been virtually nonexistent. Despite providing ample documentation, I continue to receive repetitive requests for paperwork they already have. There has been no proactive communication regarding the progress of my case or the financial compensation I should expect. It's been six months, and I have yet to receive any substantial updates, making it impossible to plan for bills and expenses that are already piling up. The lack of attention and urgency to my case is unacceptable. I expected more. I sincerely hope that Reyes Law Firm can turn things around and help wrap up my case swiftly and satisfactorily.
