RUN! Non-attorneys work on your case, provide misinformation, and go after the wrong insurance company. I had to ask for status updates multiple times and I didn’t hear a peep. Attorney presence is ZERO.
RBR went after my insurance company, when I could have made the additional claim at the time of the accident. Instead of being able to collect 100% if I did it myself (through mine) now I’ll only get a small percentage.
It’s extremely unprofessional, I wouldn’t hire them again. My friends that get in to accidents I tell them anyone by RBR.
