Poor communication. No one ever calls you and when you call them you are forwarded over to a mailbox. No calls are ever returned. A big portion of my medical evidence was left out of my case. Initially I was told I was getting $4k. After I questioned it and called every doctor back myself. I found that a crucial part of evidence was left out. After bringing this to their attention they miraculously found the missing part of evidence and added it to my case. They are now telling me I will receive $18k. I would not use them if they were the only practice left on the planet. The whole process has been one big headache.

I contacted Reyes & Associates after I was T- boned at a red light. The other guy's insurance was great at first. After a couple of days the intense pain set in. They were dragging their feet on fixing my car, so I looked up Reyes & Associates. Another concern I had was that no specialist would touch me since my condition was the result of an auto accident. They said they would only treat me if i paid everything out of my pocket. At 77 that was not an option! Reyes & Associates got right on helping me get medical attention and set about putting me on the right course to take care of this situation. I go to a chiropractor three times a week and it's wonderful. I strongly recommend these guys.

🤔 My experience with Reyes law farm started off beautifully. I was in a car accident, with injuries. I’ve been with Reyes Law Firm in the course of maybe 2 years or more, I have spoken to Carlos I’ve spoken to Tony, I’ve spoken to Angelina, I’ve spoken to Armando and also Reyzel. I’m aware that this process does not happen overnight, but nothing will change my mind about COMMUNICATING. Whether nothing has changed on my case or not, from the very last time I heard from your law firm, is irrelevant. The fact that I have been calling you guys in the last part of my settlement REPEATEDLY, you have completely ghosted on me, is not settling too well with me. And now when I go back to look at REYES BROWN LAW FIRM reviews, a lot of people are saying the same thing I’m complaining about. If in fact, nothing has changed since I last heard from you guys, then somebody should be able to respond to tell me that, whether it’s through, text, email or voicemail I will take either. That’s what you guys are getting paid for. I have sent emails, text messages, and left voicemails and No return call from ANYONE??? Very unethical and unprofessional. The last text message I got was June 13, 2024 from Armando, today is August 27, 2024? This really raises a lot of suspicion, when I just simply asking for an UPDATE and to ask QUESTIONS. I’m praying this must really mean I’m getting a really good settlement. So once I do, And when I get a response that’s when I will change my rating review.
