I am so very thankful I ran across Bruce and his lawfirm. I had a small case most attorneys did not want to deal with and yet Bruce didn’t hesitate for one second on helping me. He was very informative and gave step by step advice on what to do and how to handle things on my end and handled things on his end extremely fast to where it halted the current situation. I would most definitely recommend Bruce for anyones legal issues. He is amazing at what he does and he has the compassion and care that people need during those scary and trying times. My name is Beverly Petty and I am a member of Imagine 360 Legal Plan/MetLife. I am so thankful that this benefit was offered to us this year; otherwise I would have been SCREWED!! I was a client with Bank of America for almost 15yrs up until this week!! Unfortunately, I had an issue with them that was clearly A Fraudulent Matter Beyond my control; but DEFINITELY NOT MY FAULT in any form or fashion!! They knew this...but was CLEARLY TAKING THEIR TIME TO DO ANYTHING; AND WAS TREATING ME AS IF I WAS THE CRIMINAL!! 🤬Thankfully, I called MetLife and was given A List of Attorneys to choose from who might possibly be able to assist me. THANK GOD, I selected Attorney BRUCE ALFORD to represent me. IN ONE DAY...Mr. Alford typed up an Affidavit and a Demand Letter for me to take to the Manager at Bank of America. Believe me, My situation had been going on for weeks, phone calls to several reps; not to mention all of the headaches and stress they had put me through!! ALL OF THIS WAS HANDLED THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER THEY RECEIVED THE DOCUMENTS FROM MY ATTORNEY!! YESSSSSS...ATTORNEY BRUCE ALFORD DID HIS THING YA'LL!! 😊 He literally scared the hell out of those Idiots in The Fraud Dept at Bank of America...lol🤣 I Am Forever Grateful to Bruce Alford you guys!! He seriously helped me out of a situation I may not have gotten out of......At least Not as quickly as I did without his help!!🤦🏾‍♀️ THANKS AGAIN ATTORNEY BRUCE ALFORD....YOU'RE THE MAN!!🥰

I highly recommend Bruce Alford at The Alford Law Firm located in Dallas! I have 2 words to describe Bruce Alford: Legal Lifesaver! My boyfriend who was behind on paying his bills due to situations beyond his control was being sued by a credit card company and their collection lawyers were constantly mailing him legal paperwork and wanted to take him to court. My boyfriend had no lawyer so his plan was to just to just show up to the court hearing and have the collection attorneys put a judgement on him because he thought he didn't have any other choice. I decided to step in at the very last minute which was about 2 weeks from his court date. I wanted to find an attorney that specializes in debt collection defense and I called around to several attorneys who specializes in that and was getting discouraged because some don't call you back and some just say they're too busy and that our case was too last minute. Bruce was the only one who not only called me back right away but decided to help us out by taking on my boyfriend's case! Bruce immediately reached out to the collection attorney and said to send all legal paperwork to his office and to let them know he would be representing my boyfriend's case! Bruce went to work for us right away! Bruce submitted a motion of continuance to the judge to reset the trial date and thankfully the judge granted his motion! Hallelujah!!! Which gave us more time to prepare and for Bruce to work on negotiations with the collection attorney. I'm happy to report the case has since been resolved! Bruce negotiated terms with the collections attorney and the case was settled after we agreed to the terms. I didn't know anything about debt collection defense and you really do need hire a lawyer to represent you when dealing with collection attorneys. I'm so thankful we found Bruce because he has helped us out so much! He is always available when we have a question about something so he's just really good at being there for his clients! He's honest and dependable! Bruce has been doing this for over 30 years so thank the heavens we found a lawyer who specializes in my boyfriends case! Thank you Bruce for taking great care of us and for being our super hero lawyer! I highly recommend Bruce Alford for all of your legal needs in debt collections!
