Because I was new to the TX market, I consulted several attorneys on the contract of buying a home. Bruce was one of the attorneys I hired. I went in with a couple of specific questions. The other attorneys gave me the answers but Bruce was the only one that did more than the ask. He investigated into the matter much deeper, which uncovered many issues with the seller. He went above and beyond my initial request and performed a deeper due diligence for my benefits. I’m so glad that I met Bruce because he actually took the time to review all the documents, asked many tough & great questions, and conducted background research on the seller. At the end, he also made sure my interest was protected. He could have done the minimum like the other attorneys but Bruce did much more than I asked because he actually cared! I truly felt that my interest was put first. I would highly recommend Bruce to represent you!
