If you are looking for an attorney to get the job done right, quickly, and with a great outcome, Stephen is your guy! Stephen exceeded every expectation I had for my child custody case. It was really hard for us to go through, but he was so kind and understanding of our situation, always making us feel like a priority. He let me me know what the steps would be, made sure to thoroughly explain all details along the way, advice on issues I wasn't sure on, and kept me in the loop the whole time without having to constantly check in with him. I never once felt like he was trying to run up the bill with long calls or unnecessary meetings when in fact his thoroughness actually saved us a lot of money compared to the opposing attorney. He was able to work with opposing attorney to help get us all the provisions we wanted. We are so happy with the outcome. He took something I thought would be a nightmare and was able to take control and guide us to a very pleasant and positive outcome. Divorce - Outstanding service and results. Handled my case in Rockwall and was less expensive than local Rockwall attorneys. I was very impressed with the billing. I want to see where money is going and I didn't have to ask. Stephen would send me updated billing for services and expenses regularly, so I could see exactly what I'm paying for. The total cost of my divorce was significantly less than I was expecting. On top of all of this, he handled my case with care and empathy. My experience with Mr. Clark was nothing short of superb. Following a marijuana related DUI arrest during which no evidence was found, Mr. Clark helped guide me through the long, arduous court process and ultimately mounted a successful defense against the state in a trial by jury. The prosecution brought forward the "Drug Recognition Expert" who arrested me that night as well as a toxicologist from Austin. Mr. Clark effectively cast doubt on the Expert's ability to objectively judge who may or may not be under the influence of any substance, then proceeded to question the toxicologist until he admitted that the results of the blood test they had taken from me that night were inconclusive. After less than ten minutes of deliberation, the Jury returned with a unanimous verdict of Not Guilty. I would highly recommend Mr. Stephen Clark for his professionalism, courtesy, and expertise.

I had the privilege of having Stephen Clark represent me in my child custody case in Collin County (July 2015). Stephen was very professional and him and his assistant were always very quick to respond to any concerns and questions that I had. Stephen first met me in his office on a holiday weekend to discuss my stressful situation. As much as I hated giving him weekly updates of the chaos in my life, he always listened and knew what to say to calm me down. My Ex hired what he calls a "bulldog" attorney who has practiced law for over 38 years in Collin County. Although it intimidated me a little bit, Stephen did not let that phase him and did not back down in the courtroom.
