Steve Smith runs circles around all of the personal injury attorneys that I have met and being in this industry I have come to know a lot of them! He presents well, he speaks well, he has extensive knowledge on personal injury claims, and he has shown exceptional work in the office as well as in the courtroom. Living in The DFW metroplex, we are at a higher risk of being involved in a motor vehicle accident due to the population and the percentage of our population that owns a vehicle. Steve was amazing! I started out trying to handle my car accident on my own (I was rear-ended) and the adjuster from the other insurance company quickly took advantage of my lack of knowledge. I called Steve and he jumped right in making phone calls and sending emails to the adjuster while keep me updated in his progress. After Steve came to my rescue things got much easier for me. The brief encounter I had to have with the adjuster was much more pleasant and my claim was settled fast. After hiring Mr. Sanderfer as my attorney, we discussed every detail of what I was being accused of and he was very knowledgeable in the subject matter. He told me the possible outcomes both good and bad, however I never doubted him for a moment. After he spoke to the detective only one time, the case was sent to the District Attorneys office. Mr. Sanderfer had made such a great case in my defense the D.A. wanted nothing to do with the case and the case was dropped immediately.
