Mr Downs was very helpful to me in a case I had in Tarrant county. I highly recommend him if your are in need for a criminal lawyer.

He doesn’t care of the wellbeing of the inmate I called multiple times over the past years no answer no text back if it’s not about a check you want hear or see this man when you do FINALLY get in contact with him he’s very rude and disrespectful hangs up in you face I don’t recommend him we need lawyers whose going to fight for us and get the best results possible not someone whose trying to put you in the hole and not even take the time to investigate case just sign cause he doesn’t want to do his job den why become an attorney why say you fighting for justice but putting black boys in jail for a crime he did not commit

I was falsely accused of theft of 10000$ worth of construction equipment. Mr. Downs represented me after being arrested for a F1 (drug charge) while on deffered probation. Probation officer asked me to turn myself into jail, and was luckily offered a $25,000 bond. After bonding out, combining my cases, and collecting the correct information to support my case. Terrance got my drug case dismissed. I am continued on probation with less than a year left.
