Unresponsive and rude to clients
“He doesn't care of the wellbeing of the inmate I called multiple times over the past years no answer no text back if it's not about a check you want hear or see this man when you do FINALLY get in contact with him he's very rude and disrespectful hangs up in you face I don't recommend him”
