Today, David spoke with me for over a hour about my Brother’s case. He explained what will be happening as his case moves through the judicial process and all of the possible outcomes. I am so grateful for now having more awareness and such guidance. He did this for free and rather than trying to pressure me into hiring him he was honest that with the evidence against my brother there would be little he could do to help him out and that a public defender makes more sense. Thank you David for the time you took and the patience, compassion and guidance that we needed in order to come to grasp with just how badly our family can expect our siblings future to be. David is smart, tough, very responsive, a very able negotiator, and empathetic to his client’s interests. David diffused an emotionally charged situation with a Homeowner’s Association Board controlled by angry women who clearly made a wrong decision with which I did not agree. David very quickly and aptly negotiated a settlement with the HOA Board before the situation blew up into ugly litigation and became very unpleasant for the Board, all of the neighbors and myself.
