Clark Birdsall is hands down the best lawyer I have ever worked with. If your facing serious charges, having your rights stripped away, or you’re a victim of miscarriage of justice. This is your lawyer. I was facing all three in my case. I was extremely distraught at the thought of loosing my rights. He was completely undeterred. He is not your typical lawyer he does not sugar coat anything and will tell you how it is honest and upfront. My case was drug out years by the state I felt like it was never going to end. Any time I had court Birdsall was there in my defense, If I had any questions he had the answers. If I had concerns he could address them with facts and truth. Conflicting court dates because of work? Not a problem for him. I have never met such a intelligent and determined lawyer. In the end he saved me my dignity, my rights, and my freedom.

Clark is the best lawyer !!! He helped me a lot . He is Very hardworking professional. I got charged with a aggravated Assault body insured and brought it down with a misdemeanor. If it wasn’t for him I would so be in jail . He fought for my case and I thank him a lot .

Clark was able to consolidate two class A misdemeanors into one class C that was then dropped after completion of a course designed to help with relationships. We will forever be grateful for his services. Excelsior!
