When I first opened my office, Kay and Peggy were one of the few law firms that came to meet with me. Not only does that show she cares about who she works with, but that she also cares about who her clients are seeing and the care they receive. She is fair and does a great job managing the expectations of her clients. She isn’t ripping up $100k checks on big rigs, that’s because that isn’t the reality. She wants her clients to get the care they deserve and make their lives whole again.

This lawfirm was the greatest. Bradley handled the case very well and did a very good job for us. Yeimi was my contact person throughout the case and kept us abreast of all that was going on during the procedure. I reached out to Van Wey Law on behalf of an employee that possibly experienced medical malpractice. I chatted with someone through the website and was told I would receive a phone call "right now." I waited...and waited. No call. I chatted again with a different person through the website, they again said I would receive a call but I didn't. I think they outsource their chat to someone overseas. I then called directly and was transferred to Laura N. She had a difficult time understanding the situation which was very frustrating. I told her I will call her back with my employee on the phone so she can explain her situation and seek legal counsel. Laura gave me her direct phone number. I called back the next day and left a voicemail for Laura. I never received a call back or follow-up. Then today I received an email saying they didn't have enough information and could not represent my employee. Well, correct, you don't have enough information because no one calls back and cares to get more information. This firm is not run well. Van Wey Law seeks to represent people that are going through a very tough time in their lives and manages to only make it more frustrating and difficult. I would recommend you seek a different firm for counsel.
