The whole experience was excellent. I was in constant communication with his team and himself. They kept me updated on every single step of the process. They help me find a good medical facility close to my home and with transportation included.

Bruce Steckler is amazing. He recovered my elderly, demented father’s money from US Money Reserve. He (and not a machine or receptionist) answered the phone when I called and before that very day was over he communicated with USMR and we had a much higher offer from them. We eventually got every penny back from those thieves who prey on the elderly. Bruce really cares. He responded so quickly. For us he was a much needed angel. Thank you, Bruce.
