Biggest joke of a law firm there is. If the money ain’t enough for them they don’t want it. And they sure don’t like doing their job at getting things. They know nothing about malpractice find other malpractice attorneys. Because if you have a dr, whoms wife writes scripts under his name, ones you’re not suppose to have an they almost kill you, apparently that’s okay. You reap what you sow though.

After my accident I started experiencing back pain, severe headaches, and a friend said the team at Van Wey, Metzler & Williams, PLLC handled his accident claim and I should give them a call. I was a little apprehensive because I have never hired a law firm for an accident claim. He told me about his experience and said to ask for Peggy, she would take care of me. That was an understatement! From the 1st call to the last call, Peggy is one of the most professional, patient, knowledgeable, and caring people I have ever worked with. She handled all communications with the insurance company, doctors, and her many years of experience was evident with the ease in which she guided us through these muddy waters. This is a 7 Star experience with a 12 on the scale of 1-10!

I used this law firm several years ago for a wrongful death lawsuit. This was settled out of court and to mine and my family’s satisfaction. Recently I was involved in a no fault motor vehicle collision. No doubt at the time who I was going to call. Kay Van Wey is the best.
