Lack of responsiveness and follow-up from the law firm
“I called them to see if they would take my case and went through the initial phone questions. The woman I spoke with said that I would get a call from them in a few days. After a week and a half, I called them back and I was told that Tom would call me as soon as he was off the phone. That was weeks ago. A simple call telling me that they were not going to help me would have been fantastic.”

Difficulty getting the law firm to take on certain cases
“Be warned. The one and only thing they do is first take your signature about 33%-45% legal fee. The rest is all nice words for months and months. I understand some (Insurance, Lawyers, Doctors) need to get paid - BUT what is definitely worst with Van Wey Law is that you will never get anything from it all.”
