My review is not positive. I signed a letter of employment to represent the death of my husband after 20 days in a nursing home. After over a year plus, I received updates that medical records were being reviewed. To my knowledge medical records were never ordered. Fast forward, received a letter that went to a mailbox where I hadn't lived in a year; I was able to find a law firm to represent me in Houston. I secured all medical records (which took quite some time), delivered to them, only to run out of the 2 year Statute of Limitations. I personally feel I was strung along and because of your Firm I was not able to make what my husband experienced to account for something and make the nursing home accountable.

This so called Attorneys Office did me 7 kinds of wrong they had my case 18 months and after discussing settlement options they told me that the nursing told them I had sepsis when I got there . I was at NCH with a broken Ankle and Dr Kingman cut my leg off. Country Meadows Nursing home let my Ankle rot off before they helped me. Powers and Taylor did nothing to help . O have Bed sore scars as well as deep scratch marks where I was abused my so called Nurses and Powers and Taylor was a complete Joke . Thanks
