PowersTaylor is neither aggressive or client oriented. In 2 1/2 years I never got my attorney or paralegal to return my phone calls or emails. They never updated us. They did not fight for us. During settlement negotiations they just sat there and smiled while the settlement went lower and lower. Even though my Mother was killed by a nursing home they did not even try to negotiate. Watch out for the law firm expenses taken out of the settlement. They ere thousands and made our settlement even smaller than it already was.

Powers Taylor LLP has done a wonderful job for me on a lawsuit filed on behalf of my brother. after a little over 2 years, it has been settled and we finally can rest that they got justice for my brother. I want go into details, but they did a great job and never gave up fighting for the end result, even tackling on Medicare. I am very pleased in the settlement, it was never about the money it was about bringing justice against the nursing home that cause the death of my brother. Hopefully, most people don’t need attorneys very often but when you do, make sure they are tough and smart. Powers Taylor has all that and the owners are smart enough to hire lots of competent staff…not just the attorneys but all the other critical staff that make this organization really good at what they do.
