Amazing attorney with amazing staff!

They don’t call her the barracuda for nothing. Absolutely ravaged the insurance company. Great job and great settlement.

To no resolve. After enduring the pain and financial burden that come with a wreck me and my passenger were left out in the cold and told after 9 months that her team was going to withdraw representation because they did not want to try and go through w a lawsuit. We hired them to represent us to win and be thorough. Come to find out it was just the opposite. I did not meet once with Dorothy Hyde but she supposedly works all the cases personally but it again has been 9 months and after building all types medical bills said that they did not have documentation to proceed. Do not choose this type of representation. She disrespectfully told me that me and my passenger where high maintenance. Well if trying to get an update on where the case is going and how it has progressed once a month is too high maintence, i guess so maybe. Should have went w the Hammer or elsewhere.😑

Was recommended to this office from a client of mine so really didn’t research her before hiring. They came to the hospital and we hired them to represent my husband and kids. I felt like I was taken advantage of. First off be very careful in your contract they sneak in there that they take a percentage of your PIP. So I’m my case they want 40% off all three PIPs. That them taking money without even doing anything. I later found out your attorney isn’t suppose to take it that it is supposed to be used for medical and lost wages but since I had never been in an accident I didn’t know what to look for. When I called the office to ask about it and see if I can file my own no one could give me a straight answer. I said well I will file my own and all of a sudden they said oh well your check is here. WHAT??? Then I asked if the found the semis company liable, since they told me they would hire a Reenactor to look at the accident location. They told me the semi insurance company is waiting on medical bills..... that was a lie i later found out they never even filed my claim. Three months later??? They sent my husband a letter saying contracts on finishing therapy, which he hadn’t even started. They address us with the wrong names. I don’t know if she has to many cases to handle or they just don’t care about their clients. I hired a new attorney. I felt like someone who is trying to take your PIP for doing nothing while we are sitting at home unable to work and struggling has no empathy and only looking out for themselves. Do yourself a favor and please look somewhere else.

I was hit by a drunk driver in a banana costume! Beer bottles literally rolled out of his car. His insurance company "denied" my claim, as he left before the police arrived. The attorney went to work and fought to have my car repaired and my medical bills paid. She put money in my pocket, too. I am so grateful for the caring and assertive result by the attorney. Her staff are kind, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I highly, highly recommend. Will definitely use her services again and have no hesitation to refer friends/family. The Barracuda took care of business. She's the Best!
