I took your advice and wrote a good letter to the builder attorney,explain everything to him that the $5000 was not for upgrades and it was a credit.Since we never sign a letter pertaining to the upgrades or approval of the upgrades.We sent him texts from the realtor saying that it was a credit . And also send pictures and a copy of the new home contract,one was the original from the sellers agent with our initials but not our handwriting and one that the realtor sent to TREC that was also forged.We have not heard one word from him.I also file a complaint with the attorney general but they can not do anything,I think next will be the district attorney and trying to talk to the media,explaining how these people take advantage of the elderly and lied about everything between the builder and realtor.I was reading the new home contract ind paragraph 7 on the 3rd line it states any changes per TREC there has to be a letter for changes and she works for Coldwell banker for 25 years,and also the realtor type in the $5000 was for upgrades in which was another lie.What should I do??????

I have a tenant suing me about a rat infestation. Brian took a healthy amount of time to clarify what I need to gather and things I need to look into in order to prepare for this hearing. I was very appreciative of his help. I encourage anyone needing his skill set to call on Brian.

I had a question in regards to problems that I have with a contractor, and Mr. Erikson promptly answered back. He was thorough, clear, and precise in his answer. I was able to understand what I needed to do per his response. He basically provided step by step procedures that I would need to make in order to resolve my issue with the contractor. I appreciate his help.
