Ben Graef Is exceptional, always helpful and willing to explain whatever is needed for us to understand whatever our situations are so that we can make informed decisions about our way forward. Had a phone consult with Zecharias as part of my LegalZoom fees to become an LLC. He looked over all my documents ahead of time and charged reasonable fees to read over them in their entirety, giving me suggestions on what to edit/add in order to make my business legally covered should a lawsuit ever happen. He was very helpful, answered my questions and offered to look over any adjusted wording after our call. Would recommended Zecharias Embaye if you're looking for small business legal help!
