Fears Law has recovered my lost trademark for me. I failed to understand that a trademark must be renewed and failed to do so decades ago. When I realized my error and attempted to register it the Trademark Office denied my claim. It was too similar to an existing mark. For many years I sought legal counsel. May firms wanted large retainers with no promises of solution. Fears offered 2 different tactics to try. For very little money we tried both and the second one worked. No other attorney had ever been so resourceful. And years later they did not leave the renewal up to me. Jennifer Filla reached out to me before the deadline and with no action on my part submitted the renewal.
