Worst Group Of Rude Ghetto Staff I Ever Talked To... No One Will Never Solve Your Problem...They Never Let You Talk To Your Lawyer..(Mrs.Hyde) Is Always Busy...I Will Never Recommend To These Ghetto Staff Of People...

Run!!! They lie and never call back or give updates about your case. Her receptionist and paralegals are very rude, very unprofessional and need much more training. I have never experienced such bad service in my life!

Horrible communication, but fine attorneys are supposed to be busy. Lazy as well, we went to get police report and we are the ones that had to go get copies of all the hospital bills. Worst part is they didn't pay for all medical bills, and we are now getting collection calls from hospital for six thousand! Said the hospital didn't file a lean with them even though we gave them all the bills. My sister received two thousand from a straight on hit and run where the guy went into the wrong lane. The guy admitted fault on his own to cops a few days after the accident, at first he filed a police report his truck was stolen. Slam dunk case right? I got more from a rear end accident that wasn't 1/10 as bad. My sister's car was the black accord, they also wanted 500 bucks to negotiate the vehicle part of the accident(we did it ourselves instead). STAY AWAY

This lady here is a BIG FAT CROOK times a million......never met her.....she sent black woman to my house to take statement and claim and wanted to charge me $500 to get my car fixed.....as soon as that lady left I called my old lawyer back after I tried numerous of times to contact lawyer Anjel Avant......no answer no call back. I visit Anjel and b4 I did that I went back to Hydes(crook) office and this crooked plastic surgeon face on commercial with a letter like they told me to do and asked for my release....2 years later this man looking woman has a lean on my case because she sent someone to my house and file a claim for me this later wants 40% of 1300 dollars of mine......she is a crook and I recommend she be locked up by lawyer police.....my name is Latorrion...... If I could give this law office a negative star I would. Stay far away!!! there is no way the positive reviews are from actual clients. You never get to speak with the actual person working your case its always someone at the front desk and the only info they give you is that its in demand! I left messages with the receptionist and she would assure me every time that the lady working on my case would call me back and she NEVER did/does. I would have to constantly call them, I was always pleasant because I know how it is dealing with angry customers and I'm sure they deal with them all day but its extremely frustrating not having communication what so ever unless you call them. Once I closed my case I was told it would take 4-6weeks for the check to be received so 8 weeks later I call and the lady at the front desk told me that my case was still in demand! How was that possible when the case was closed and I was just waiting to receive my check? My sons case took an entire year when the only thing he did was go to the ER for a check the day of the wreck. Its a shame this company is still in business with the way run their business. STAY AWAY

This was the worst experience ever. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THEM. at 1st they were all nice and friendly and then after the days past they wouldn't even answer and if they did it was nothing but rudeness . and was not satisfied at all with what i received. .. 😡
