Dorothy Hyde is a fantastic attorney and I would highly recommend her. The staff is absolutely incredible and extremely helpful. What separates Dorothy from other personal injury attorneys in the area is that this attorney is the one who is negotiating and fighting with the insurance companies instead of the staff.

I contacted this office 2014 and they sent a young man to my house to take pictures of my injuries get my personal information, accident information, and sign a contract. Each time I contacted the office to get conformation on documents sent weekly, "they said they received the documents", If I called to leave a message and the receptionist answered I would be transferred to someone different each week, and the person receiving the message had no acknowledgment of messages I had sent, and sometimes the person I had been contacting about my case, did not work there any longer. It was a mess. Each time I ask to talk to Dorothy she was never available. . . When my case was dropped a year later, with no reason, they sent a portion of my documents to me, there were missing pictures, Dr. appointments, "but yet they got all my documents that were sent". When I called to ask about missing documents they were unable to locate them," again when I ask to talk to Dorothy she was not available". I would not recommend this firm due to the unprofessional handling of my case. I was left to find another Attorney. Kathy C.

Worst attorney ever. They always misplacing paperwork, never upfront, unprofessional, and you never speak to the same person. I wouldn't recommend her to represent my blind dog.RUNNNNNNNNN

Closed my case out and passed it on to Ben Abbott without a explanation. Then I find out from Ben Abbott it was closed out because the company denied my claim. So since it wasn't an easy win for her she wanted nothing else to do with my case.

She is terrific and a good friend to many. Extremely capable and cares!
