Dorothy aka the Barracuda, wins her cases because she is aggressive and passionately fights with heart and soul in and out of court for her clients. This is not one of those law firms that has a revolving door of clients, you are actually treated like family because you become part of her family. I highly recommend Dorothy if you have been injured in a car accident.

I contacted this attorney after a year long wait from my previous attorney. seemed like she could get things moving, yet here I am still waiting. I was told not too long ago a agreement was made and we was just waiting for papers to sign. Today when I called, I was told we are waiting to hear from my old medical insurance. Do not understand what they are waiting for, I gave them everything I had. They need to get moving and settle this now!!!

I had to write something to let everyone know how bad this law firm is. First they set up a appointment to come to my house to meet and fill out several forms. That went pretty well. The lady that came out, I'm not sure what capacity she held in the firm, wanted copies of all my medical records and anything that pertained to the wreck. Since I was leaving Dallas for the weekend so she said she would come to the house to pick up the copies of everything the next morning between 10:30 and 11. Around 11:20 I called wondering what happened. The receptionist went and found the no-show who got on the phone to tell me she could not make it that day and she could be there the following day. I left the large envelope on the front porch for her to pick up. Friday, out of town, one of the attorneys called to tell me there was no information included about the person who hit me ( her insurance, name, license # etc). Which I told her it was all there and then she said - "oh yes I just found it". When I returned home on Sunday the large envelope was still on my front porch - still taped! I called Monday afternoon to find out what happened. The receptionist went to find out from Dorothy. When this girl came back to the phone she let me know how embarrassed she was that it wasn't Dorothy who was handling any of this. REALLY?! She let me know it was a male lawyer that came out originally. REALLY?! I WAS THE ONE THE LADY MET WITH ORIGINALLY! She then wanted me to wait and let them figure out where the screw up was when I realized there wasn't any sign of a professional attitude much less any sign of integrity that I would want handling my wreck injury. Fair warning - ONE STAR WASN'T LOW ENOUGH FOR THIS FIRM.

If your looking for a attorney that has compassionate people who will listen to you after suffering a horrific accident do not contact this office. Especially at 5:45 pm that's closing time they will rush you off the phone.
