I found Mr. Torabi after having a disappointing result from yet another Refinancing attempt on my current home. I sent Mr. Torabi my paperwork and within the hour of receiving it he found fault on the part of our former Mortgage Broker that could help us to do what my husband and I want to do as we attempt to lower our current interest rate. Mr. Torabi was great in our situation!

My company used Mark's services while we were negotiating our lease agreement(s) with different landlords. Mark was able to guide us through the process and more importantly highlight areas in the contract that would have gotten us into a legal and financial bind down the road. Represented me in defending me and Filing lawsuit action against HOA and theie collection firm. HOA tried to file an improper foreclosure procedures against one of my rental properites without providing me any legal notice. Outcome: a large financial settlement in my favor.
