Finally received permanent residency (F2A - Family Member of a Permanent Resident/Concurrent filing) last week after waiting so long for the retrogressed Priority Date to becomes current again. Mr. Valko, Erika, Michelle and the legal team help tremendously throughout the whole process. They were able help put a case and accompanied us to plead with the officer and obtained Emergency Advanced Parole when I have the need to travel before I got the EAD/AP. My email with questions always get answered promptly and there are absolutely no additional charges other than the flat rate that agreed upon at the first meeting. No hassle, highly recommended.
