Not a great experience at all, wish we could give a zero, and will be reporting this experience to the BBB as well. These people are HORRIBLE, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, unless of course you like losing money. All this law firm knows how to do is lie and loop people into wasting their hard earned money, leaving you no better off than when you started. We were very upfront about our entire situation to this firm, and a Chapter 13 was recommended. I did EVERYTHING that these people asked, INCLUDING making the initial payment well before it was due. Every step of the process with them went HORRIBLE, and all we got was apologies and excuses. We're now having to make the painful choice of sacrificing EVERYTHING that has already been paid to find effective representation. Hopefully this doesn't happen to someone else.

Sub-par experience. My experience from initial inquiry to signing attorney agreements and paying my fee was excellent! After that, I had to do all the follow-up (which I thought was why you paid an attorney). They did explain the Ch. 7 process clearly, but I can do that here: 1. Paperwork 2. Pay attorney fees 3. File 4. Meeting of the Creditors 5. Wait for discharge. 6. Discharge. I was optimistic, even though other reviews stated my same experience. The first contact at the firm they gave me never responded once. They placed a brand-new paralegal on my case after 5 months, and she could not provide any updates because she had not been briefed. I'm sure there are other firms that do similar things, but try your luck elsewhere if you want timely, responsive updates on your case. You won't find that here. You will be calling multiple times to get one answer. And they don't answer emails. You are paying for the initial filing. My case was resolved, but it was annoying to work with Leinart after filing.

I had a few questions that Mr. Leinart answered superbly. As a freelance worker I have been thinking about starting a company and Mr. Leinart clearly answered my bankruptcy questions and went into more detail depending on if my company becomes an Inc or an LLC. The fee structure was clearly explained to me as far as up front costs and how potential future costs/fees will be handled. Mr. Leinart is professional and efficient in his answers and I would recommend his law firm if you have some prying legal questions about potential bankruptcy.

Honestly it was a very smooth process of gc through marriage to usc. The whole process went smoothly and paralegal veronica was very friendly and I appreciate all the help they gave us.
