I started out with standard visitation paid 7+ thousand dollars to find out now I have supervised visitation what a great family lawyer they are ha ha Ha

I was referred to this firm by another attorney. I called to request assistance with a matter and was told to call back that afternoon; as consultation needed to be done with another attorney. I called multiple times, but no response or return call. I concur with others who stated that this firm does not care about people.

Find better representation. This firm simply doesn’t care about it’s clients.

This Firm was kind, respectful and efficient to me the whole time during this uncomfortable process that I’ve been dealing with. It would have been close to impossible for me to do on my own. Sorely disappointed with this law firm. I hired Mr. Pennington to represent me in a divorce/child custody and support case back in July/August of 2016. His retainer was on the high end of the market. Mr. Pennington represented me until March of 2017, during which time he became less and less responsive and he encouraged me to mediate/settle to my very great regret. Never even finished the divorce. I have since hired another lawyer who finished the divorce and is helping me to get what I should have gotten to begin with. Her retainer is less than a third of his. She literally laughed when she read the settlement agreement that Mr. Pennington had assured me was "fair". Since Mr. Pennington is no longer part of the Luce law firm where I first posted this review, I felt it incumbent upon me to try to save other future "clients" (aka victims) the hell that I went through.

This Law firm is the real deal, they will do everything they can with in the law to make sure you come out on top, I would highly recommend them to any body looking to hire lawyer.

I would recommend The Pennington Firm to anyone seeking assistance with any family law concerns.
