12 years ago I was caught up in a Real Estate scam on my new home with a finance company. Wound up so deep in debt from being lied to. I scheduled a conference with Bill. He pointed out that Chapter 7 was our only survival. He proceeded to file the bankruptcy successfully. Fantastic job.

He is very knowledgeable in tax matters and will give you a quick result either through settlement or trial.He is very considerate and willing to work with a client to arrive at a payment plan that will suit his client.I had the misfortune of hiring the wrong CPA when i received a letter from the IRS in December 2010, regarding my 2008 and 2009 tax returns.The case dragged on forever;dealing with the IRS was like a never-ending nightmare.At the end of the day,my case was not resolved, and all the fees i payed was for nothing.Then, a family friend refered me to William Kunofsky,he looked at my case and promised to help, and within a few months,he did exactly that.The nightmare is over.Painstakenly,he was able through my documents, reduce the amount IRS claimed i owed.And i would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who has issues with the IRS.

Bill did a poor job handling our bankruptcy. We repeatedly had to tell them the same thing over and over before they got it. Consistently responded with the wrong answer to our questions. We found this out the hard way when it cost us money. His bad advise, wrong answers and delays cost us over $30,000. Messed up getting approval for the sale of our home and we lost the contract. Hardheaded, stubborn and inflexible.
