I am a young man (20's) that knows almost nothing about adulting and car accidents. For an entire week, anxiety has accumulated within my head after a major car accident ( I have no one to rely on when it comes to these sort of things ) and I was constantly neglected and treated like a delinquent or a criminal by multiple firms and the police officer that has done my report. I seriously have no idea why I was treated in such a way when I knew that the report was done wrong and have witnesses that help support my claim. I called this law firm because its the only thing I could do: call multiple law firms. After constantly being pushed aside without answers, I've talked to one of the most sweetest, knowledgeable lady since I've been here in Texas: Taisha Garrett. I had so many concerns from whether or not I would be in jail and how much in debt I'd be in, and she just informed me about everything on what I should do despite not being able to take my case. She is absolutely godsend. I apologize for sounding really cheesy, but I srsly did not know anything and I have no one (and i mean no one) to rely on. She told me about Personal Injury Protection (aka PIP), UIM/UM coverage, and all those important specifics. She really has made my whole week when she told me all those things. She didn't neglect my issues or treated me as a delinquent just because of a faulty police report. She even took the time to send me a detailed email going over what we've talked about on the phone. I genuinely am grateful for her.
