“I had to request update of next steps and I get updates like " waiting for buikder to response etc after few follow ups ". Rather than directing me what we shd do , he leaves options to me”

“In my first consultation with John , I clearly mentioned (1) force buikder to build (2) get the lot for less price (3) my earnest money + 10% for damages. John clearly mentioned , TREC contract is powerful , we can demand for the damages and if he don't respond we will have jury tell builder. Knowing lawsuit won't help me according to the nature of the contract, he simply worked towards drafting law suit.”
