What stood out the most was their dedication to achieving a favorable outcome for his case. I want to clarify that I was unaware that my brother was arrested again in 2023 for a Class C theft after a previous arrest for a similar Class A misdemeanor in 2019. Fortunately, the expungement for the Class A offense has been approved by the judge, and we are currently awaiting the end of the waiting period so that we can proceed with expunging the Class C misdemeanor. To Mr. Goolsby, If my brother finds himself in handcuffs again, perhaps it's time to suggest to him a career change. How about encouraging him to become a 'Professional Handcuff Model'? He appears to have an unusual talent for showcasing them!
